Looking for a way to make your next visit to Southern Utah even more special? A stay in a canvas glamping tent may be the answer.
Alongside a luxury wagon or our bungalow cabins, Zion Wildflower offers two different luxury glamping experiences. Our canvas tents give guests the chance to stay close to the stunning nature that surrounds our resort, without sacrificing the comfort and luxury of a resort stay.
Still on the fence about booking a glamping experience? Keep reading to learn four reasons to book a stay in a canvas glamping tent.
A Unique Experience
Perhaps the best reason to book a stay in a canvas glamping tent at Zion Wildflower Resort is the chance to make your next Southern Utah vacation even more unique. The stunning red rock landscapes of the region draw millions of annual visitors every year. During your visit, you can hike some of the world’s most incredible trails, enjoy stunning scenic drives, get your heart racing with an off-road adventure, and more. Ending a day of fun and excitement at a standard chain hotel simply doesn’t do this destination justice.
This isn’t the case when you stay in a canvas glamping tent. With a stay in a Grand Mesa Tent or Watchman Tents, the adventure doesn’t end when you turn in for the night. You’ll have just a canvas tent between you and the beautiful nature that surrounds you. Step outside your tent, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by amazing views in every direction.
If you choose to plan a day of rest in the middle of your Zion vacation—something we recommend, especially if you’re planning to do a lot of hiking during your visit—your time spent at Zion Wildflower Resort will be just as fun as your days in the park, too.
The Comforts of a Resort Room Under Canvas
Our glamping tents and luxury wagons combine the fun of a camping trip with the luxury of a resort. A stay in a luxury canvas glamping tent is a far cry from a backcountry camping experience. While you will be sleeping under a tent, our Grand Mesa Tent and Watchman Tents feature wood floors, feathertop beds, charging ports, and soft rugs.
Our Grand Mesa Tents have an extra dose of resort-style luxury. Each has air conditioning, lighting throughout, and even your own private bathroom.
Spacious Private Wooden Decks
In addition to the many amenities that you’ll find inside your tent, each of our luxury glamping tents also features a private wooden deck. This is the perfect spot to take in a cotton candy-colored sunset, chat with friends about your day under a blanket of stars, or sip your morning coffee before starting your day. Our bungalow cabins also feature private patios.
Access to Zion Wildflower’s On-site Amenities
You’ll no doubt want to spend a lot of time exploring Zion National Park during your visit. But if you’re visiting in the heat of the summer, doing a lot of hiking, or have young kids along, it’s always a good idea to plan to spend some time back at the resort in the afternoons or to schedule a day or two of rest in your itinerary. When you stay at a standard chain hotel, the most you’ll likely have to do on-site is a pool.
But when you stay in a luxury wagon, bungalow cabins, or a canvas glamping tent at Zion Wildflower, you’ll enjoy access to a variety of on-site amenities. Besides your unique canvas glamping tent, you’ll also get to utilize the rest of our property.
Bicycles are available to take a ride around the property to see the sights. Stop by the playground to get out some afternoon energy, or strike up some friendly competition with a game of ping pong or cornhole. Outdoor grills are the perfect spot to cook up a family meal after a day of fun. In the evenings, gather around a campfire and do some stargazing, or catch one of our movie nights. Of course, there’s still a pool and hot tub great for soaking sore muscles or taking a cool dip on a hot day!
Booking Your Stay in a Canvas Glamping Tent
From the luxurious touches to the unique experience, there’s no shortage of reasons to book a stay in a luxury canvas glamping tent at Zion Wildflower Resort. We offer two different canvas tent glamping experiences.
Our Watchman Tents are the more rustic option. While still outfitted with plush beds, wood floors, charging ports, and heated blankets, these smaller tents are closer to a traditional camping experience. If you want a more resort-like experience, our Grand Mesa Tents are a great choice. These ultra-luxurious canvas tents may look rustic on the outside, but inside they offer all of the comforts of a resort room.
