5 Things You Don’t Need to Pack for Luxury Camping Near Zion

by | Sep 23, 2023

We’ve already covered some of the things that you need to pack for luxury camping near Zion. But what about the items that you can leave at home?

When you book a glamping tent adventure at Zion Wildflower Resort, almost everything that you need is provided for you. This means not having to pack your car with camping gear.

Keep reading to learn some of the items you won’t need to pack for your stay at our luxury camp in Zion.

1. A Tent

If you’re planning on glamping in national parks, the first thing you might want to put on your packing list is a tent. After all, what is a camping trip without a tent? But when you book a stay at Zion Wildflower Resort, you definitely won’t need to pack a tent.

We make luxury camping near Zion National Park a breeze. Not only do we have tents, but we have two different styles of glamping tents to choose from.

If you’re looking for a more camping-like experience, our Watchman Tents are a good choice. Just don’t expect to be sleeping on the floor on a camping mat! Our Watchman Tents are outfitted with plush beds, soft rugs, chairs, and side tables, all situated on a raised floor. Cooling units and heated blankets keep you comfortable all year long, while string lights add ambiance and outlet ports make it easy to charge your devices before another day of exploring Southern Utah.

If luxury camping near Zion is more your style, our Grand Mesa Tents are perfect. Step inside, and you’ll have a hard time believing that you’re in a tent. Real furniture, walls separating the rooms, a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker, and even an en-suite bathroom outfit these ultra-luxurious camping tents.

2. Camping Gear

It isn’t just the tent that you can leave at home. With real beds, furniture, microwaves, and more, you won’t need to bring any camping gear along with you, either.

In addition to the many amenities that you’ll find inside your tent, you’ll also find plenty elsewhere on the property. If you’re staying in one of our Watchman Tents, you’ll have access to our luxurious bath houses—no camping toilets or solar showers required! BBQ grills are available for guest use, so you won’t need to lug a grill or propane with you on your glamping tent adventure.

3. Fans or Heaters

As we’ve already mentioned, our Watchman Tents come equipped with cooling units to keep you comfortable in the summer heat, and heated blankets to help you stay cozy on chilly fall and winter nights. Our Grand Mesa Tents take this one step further with full air conditioning and heating units.

You can leave your fans and camping heaters at home, which means more room in your car for other items.

4. Sheets, Pillows, and Other Bedding

Oftentimes, a glamping tent comes with only the basics. While they offer more than a traditional camping tent, you still have to bring a lot of gear for your stay. That isn’t the case at Zion Wildflower Resort.

When you’re at our luxury camp in Zion, all bedding that you need is provided. From crisp sheets to soft pillows, everything that you need is here upon your arrival. Not only does this mean less to pack, but it also means that you can go straight to bed after a long day of travel or exploring Zion National Park.

5. Hair Dryers or Pack and Plays

Forget your hair dryer at home or need a Pack and Play for a little one? Just ask the staff at Zion Wildflower Resort, and we’ll deliver it to you.

Luxury camping near Zion at our resort is a great way to get closer to nature and enjoy an incredibly unique experience. But while you might technically be camping, you’ll enjoy many of the same amenities and features that you’d find at a hotel.

Luxury Camping Near Zion

From Pack and Plays to bedding, everything you need for luxury camping near Zion is provided for you at our resort. This is a big benefit for many reasons. Not only does it mean not having to pack your car with gear, but it also means you don’t have to worry about forgetting something important at home, or about buying new gear if you don’t already have something.

It also makes it possible to fly to Southern Utah for your glamping tent adventure. For most camping trips, this wouldn’t be an option. Flying with a tent, camp stove, or Pack and Play just isn’t possible.

But our luxury camp in Zion provides everything guests need for their adventure. When you stay at Zion Wildflower Resort, all you need to pack is clothes and other personal items for your adventure!
